Residents enjoy private, well-appointed apartments with personal bathrooms and secure, lockable doors—designed for both comfort and safety.

Residents may also coordinate outside medical or care services in accordance with our community policies.

Does The Bluffs offer assisted living or memory care?

No. The Bluffs is an independent living community and does not provide assisted living or memory care services.

Do I have to share a living unit (i.e., apartment) with another client?

No. Every resident has their own private apartment. However, couples or companions may choose to share a unit if they prefer.

Do I have to sign any legal papers?

Yes. Residents or their representatives sign a straightforward, month-to-month lease outlining services, rates, and policies for full transparency.

Will you provide me with transportation to errands, hairdresser, etc.?

Yes. Scheduled transportation is available for personal errands, shopping, and community outings. Just let our team know your needs—we’re happy to help coordinate.

Can I bring furniture and furnishings for my living unit?

Absolutely. We encourage residents to make their space feel like home with personal furniture, artwork, keepsakes, and meaningful items.

There is so much to offer including 3 meals a day many activities and outings and you can tell the workers enjoy their job. And also it’s always kept nice and looking tidy. It’s a great place to live. You don’t have to worry about your loved ones because the staff is so attentive and caring toward the tenants. They know if you didn’t come down for your meals and will check to see why. There are so many other services that you can get to assist you when need arises. The staff is really excellent. I would move into the Bluffs if the time comes that I need assistance. They keep you busy if you want with all the activities they offer every day. I give them 5 stars!

the bluffs is such a nice and cozy place for the residents. it’s nice to see such happy content people. the meals are great and everyone seems to enjoy them! it’s such a fun and positive environment and everyone enjoys being at the bluffs! also so many fun activities for the residents and the employees!

The bluffs is a great place for loved ones to live with resident services and 3 meals a day and the loving staff a residents making this place feel like home. With all the activities and things for the residents to do in there down time making this community so safe and homey.

The staff is friendly and caring; we see it in their faces and their willingness to help their residents and guests alike. It is always clean and they offer plenty of activities and services to keep everyone active. It is truly a community, not just a residence.

Kudos to the Bluffs Team for continuing to enhance the outdoor living area of the Bluffs - the beautiful fountain pond with flowering lilies, fish, landscape plantings, raised bed gardens, paved walking paths, and the new accessible viewing platform. The scenic view alone is incredible, but these features really create a peaceful park like setting for residents and visitors.

The Bluffs is a welcoming and cozy place! They have a wonderful Staff and a wonderful atmosphere to be around! As a worker it is my home away from home!! They have lots of activities and fun things for the residents to par take in! I highly recommend to consider it if you need a job or a new home, I wouldn’t think twice about having a loved one live here!
